Supporting Sheddington

Sheddington has come a long way since it began, thanks to the commitment and generosity of our volunteers. There is a lot to do in running a successful charity, from various administrative tasks to organising the practical activities.

At the moment, we are particularly in need of volunteers with repair skills or folk who would like to learn about repairing as we are struggling to keep up with the demand! If you are interested to help with this or indeed to volunteer in other ways please get in touch. You can visit us on site to discuss, or contact us via email at:  admin@sheddington.org

In terms of financial support, we have received help from a number of organisations including Richmond Borough, Hampton Fund, the NHS, and the National Lottery. We are very grateful for this. If you'd like also to help us financially there are a number of ways you can do this, some at no cost to yourself. Read on for more information!

We are all doing more online shopping this days and an easy no-cost way to generate funds for Sheddington is to do it through easyfundraising. Just click on the image above to go to the site and select Sheddington as your chosen cause. From here you can find thousands of online retailers, including big names like John Lewis, eBay, Argos Apple and Boots, and as long as you go though the easyfundraising page the retailers will donate a proportion of what you spend to Sheddington.

Get Lucky Local is a lottery run by the Royal Borough of Richmond upon Thames to benefit local causes. So if you're tempted to buy a ticket, why not support Sheddington at the same time? Just enter our name when prompted and we will get a share of the proceeds.
