At the start of December, we were delighted to welcome Munira Wilson, our MP for Twickenham, to Sheddington. It was a pleasure to show her around and share the vibrant community activity that thrives here.

Munira was impressed by the wide range of initiatives we offer, including the repair work carried out by our team, the flourishing community garden, and the wellbeing projects that provide vital support to local residents.

We are thrilled that Munira accepted our invitation to become a Patron of Sheddington. Her support will help us continue to grow and serve our community.

We look forward to working closely with her in the future.

After being rained off earlier in the month, the Shufflers returned to London for a walk entitled Pleasure, Paradise and Pocket Parks. Starting at Waterloo we discovered a string of delightful green spaces and heard about their stories and some of the characters associated with them, before ending up with lunch just off Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens.
